Roles & Responsibilities
- Recruitment Specialist
- Write, publish and distribute job advertisements on online recruitment platforms, as well as on social networks.
- Review applications, conduct preliminary telephone interviews, and select the most qualified candidates for in-person interviews.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify needs and fill vacancies.
- Organize and conduct job interviews.
- Manage and update candidate databases.
- Participate in the improvement of recruitment processes and propose initiatives to attract the best talent.
- Bac +3 in management or equivalent.
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in the industrial sector.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- My knowledge of applicant management tools and recruitment platforms.
