Roles & Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Specialist

  • Write, publish and distribute job advertisements on online recruitment platforms, as well as on social networks.
  • Review applications, conduct preliminary telephone interviews, and select the most qualified candidates for in-person interviews.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify needs and fill vacancies.
  • Organize and conduct job interviews.
  • Manage and update candidate databases.
  • Participate in the improvement of recruitment processes and propose initiatives to attract the best talent.
  • Bac +3 in management or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in the industrial sector.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • My knowledge of applicant management tools and recruitment platforms.
