sourcing in recruitment, where the level of involvement of each person makes the

difference.

Main responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and engage potential candidates
• via different channels, including social networks and websites
• employment;
• Work closely with managers and
• members of the recruitment team in order to understand the needs and
• develop effective sourcing strategies;
• Maintain and update our candidate database, in
• ensuring a smooth and positive experience;
• Carry out the first telephone interviews to assess
• the interest, availability and basic qualifications of the candidates;
• Present a shortlist of candidates to the recruiter;
• Write and complete various activity reports;
• assess the language level of candidates on the basis of
• r test results and transmit feedback to recruiters;
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events
• organized by the company.
