Born from the desire to respond to the economic, political and social challenges of Morocco and Africa, the International University of Rabat (UIR) is the first public university with private management under contract with the Moroccan state. Founded in 2010, it has become in its first years of existence a model of innovative establishment in accordance with the best international standards in the field of Higher Education and Research.
With more than 8,500 students and participants in continuing education, the UIR offers a multidisciplinary training offer that covers the fields of Engineering, Architecture, Health Sciences, Human and Social Sciences, Management, etc. In terms of continuing education, the UIR supports public and private institutions in strengthening the capacities of their teams with diversified programs of Executive masters, licenses, certificates that cover the sectoral strategies driven by Morocco.
Research and innovation also constitute a major axis of the University's strategy, which is expressed through academic publications, applied research and an active R&D policy with nearly 540 patents filed, including 100 internationally, which ranks it as the leading university in Morocco and Africa in terms of patent filings (source OMPIC).

As part of its development, the International University of Rabat (UIR) is recruiting for its own account Recruitment Officer.
Mission
The recruitment officer is responsible for recruiting new profiles according to the needs of the university and within the framework of its recruitment policy.
Activities:
• Analyze recruitment needs
• Define a candidate profile
• Choose the media for distributing the job offer
• Receive applications and sort them.
• Call selected candidates
• Interview candidates using the chosen means (face-to-face, telephone, etc.)
• Evaluate the suitability of profiles according to the requirements of the position
• Organize the meeting of the successful candidate(s) with the deans/managers
• Put in place the administrative documents to enable the integration of the candidate
• Support the new recruit(s) until their integration into the company
• Assist the Human Capital and HR Development Department if necessary
Profile
With a BAC+4/5 qualification in Management, you have at least 2 years of proven experience in a similar role.
