Recruitment Officer Haji Hassan Group B.S.C. (c)

We are seeking a highly capable Recruitment Officer to join our HR team and lead the full recruitment lifecycle across all levels of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing top talent, managing agency relationships, and ensuring all hiring activities are carried out efficiently and in compliance with Bahrain labor regulations.

Responsibilites :

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from manpower requisition to onboarding.
• Source qualified candidates through multiple channels, including job boards (LinkedIn, NaukriGulf, Indeed, etc.), recruitment agencies, referrals, and internal talent pools.
• Screen CVs, shortlist applicants, and conduct initial interviews to assess suitability and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback is provided.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international recruitment agencies, ensuring high-quality candidate pipelines.
• Draft and publish job advertisements across relevant platforms to attract targeted talent.
• Provide candidates with a professional and seamless recruitment experience through consistent communication and updates.
• Prepare and issue offer letters, manage pre-employment formalities, and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
• Maintain updated recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and weekly hiring reports.
• Ensure recruitment and onboarding processes adhere to internal HR policies and Bahrain labor laws.
• Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to improving recruitment processes and turnaround times.
