Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring mandates for our UAE-based clients. This role is ideal for professionals who are keen to build a long-term career in recruitment and staffing, with exposure to international hiring practices and a clear performance-linked growth and relocation pathway to Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for UAE/GCC clients across multiple industries
• Understand client mandates, role specifications, and turnaround expectations
• Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
• Coordinate interviews and act as a key liaison between candidates and clients
• Ensure quality closures, offer management, and post-placement follow-ups
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and pipeline hygiene
• Adhere to defined SLAs, delivery timelines, and compliance standards

Candidate Profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong willingness to build a career in the recruitment industry
• Any industry background is acceptable (prior recruitment experience is an added advantage but not mandatory)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation ability, and client-centric mindset
