Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within different industries.
- Attending Business development meetings with other teams and handling key accounts.
- Source potential candidates and clients through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Review resumes and applications, conduct pre-screening interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Work closely with the client to identify their staffing needs, guide on hiring practices, and facilitate the interview and selection process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and act as a brand ambassador for our company.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
- Analyse recruitment metrics, use extensions on job portals track progress, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to talent acquisition.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Available for traveling within the GCC region and managing key accounts/clients.
- In total 3-4 years of experience out of which 02-year minimum of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within GCC.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Results-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Fluency in English is required,
