Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet clients with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and modifications efficiently using salon software.
  • Handle phone calls, address inquiries, and relay messages accurately and promptly.
  • Process payments, manage cash transactions, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Assist clients with product purchases, providing recommendations and processing sales.
  • Manage inventory of retail products, restocking shelves as needed.
  • Resolve client issues and complaints professionally, seeking solutions to ensure satisfaction.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing client records.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Basic knowledge of salon services and products is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with clients and staff.
  • Proficiency in using salon software and point-of-sale systems is highly desirable.
