Roles & Responsibilities
Greet clients warmly and manage appointment schedules efficiently, ensuring a smooth salon flow.
Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using POS systems, reconciling daily sales reports.
Answer phone calls professionally, providing information and directing calls, while maintaining a pleasant demeanor.
Manage client records, update contact information, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
Daily Report Submitting to Management
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent, with additional vocational training in cosmetology or customer service preferred.
Prior experience in a salon or spa environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of the industry.
Proven ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, with experience using POS systems.
Exceptional communication skills in English and [Specify other languages], with a clear and professional speaking voice.
Candidates with salon experience will be given preference.
