Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a female receptionist who is able to manage reception duties professionally, while providing administrative support to the staff. Company Industry: Migration Consultancy Location: Sheik Zayed Road – Dubai near World Trade Center Working days: Sunday to Friday. Applicants with relevant UAE or international experience in the same field are welcome to apply. Training will be provided, and candidates must be willing to learn. Work description: • Professional reception of customers, visitors and management of the reception desk. • Responding to phone calls, emails, and daily office communications. • Assistance with administrative tasks, including essential accounting and document filing. • Supporting the legal team in coordination, follow-up and clerical work.

• Good overview of Microsoft Office and Email (Outlook) software.

• Professional appearance, organized personality, and you have a strong desire to learn and develop.
