Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Welcome visitors and answer phone calls
Handle emails, mail, and couriers
Keep the reception area clean and organized
Assist with filing, scanning, and data entry
Help schedule meetings and appointments
Maintain office supplies and support daily office needs
Assist other departments with basic admin tasks
Keep records and documents organized
Perform other tasks as assigned
Desired Candidate Profile
* Must be currently in the UAE * Fresh graduates are welcome to apply * Good English communication skills (verbal and written) * Friendly and professional attitude * Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email) * Presentable and well-groomed * Can handle calls, guests, and office front desk * Organized and punctual * Can work under pressure * Can join immediately
