Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to property owners and real estate agents to confirm property availability and obtain listings.
  • Maintain and update accurate records of property listings in the internal system
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between property owners, real estate agents, and prospective tenants
  • Follow up on leads and ensure consistent communication with clients
  • Support the real estate team with administrative and client coordination tasks
  • Handle incoming inquiries in a professional and timely manner

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in real estate telecalling, preferably within the UAE/GCC market
  • Strong communication and Negotiation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Good understanding of the UAE real estate market and experience using major property portals (e.g., Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder)
  • Must currently hold a valid visa with a minimum of 2 months' validity
  • Willingness to undergo a mandatory 2-month trial period
  • Visa sponsorship may be offered upon successful completion of the trial period
