Roles & Responsibilities

Property Sales Professional with min 3 Years of UAE Property Sales experience.

Must have experience in Luxury Property Sales.


  • Proactively seek out new clients by networking, cold calling, and utilizing online resources, focusing on high-value leads.
  • Conduct property viewings and showcase properties to potential buyers, emphasizing key features and benefits tailored to their needs and preferences.
  • Negotiate purchase agreements and manage the closing process, ensuring all legal and financial aspects are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and building trust for repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide accurate and informed advice to clients.
  • Prepare and present property listings, marketing materials, and sales proposals, highlighting the unique selling points of each property.
  • Coordinate with other professionals, such as lawyers, mortgage brokers, and inspectors, to ensure a smooth and seamless transaction process.
  • Manage and update the CRM system with client information, interactions, and sales progress, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals, demonstrating a strong commitment to performance and results.
  • Adhere to all real estate regulations, ethical standards, and company policies, maintaining the highest level of professionalism.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in relevant principles.
  • Has a minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales, showcasing a proven track record of success and client management.
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of the local property market, including pricing, trends, and investment opportunities.
  • Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence clients effectively.
  • Possesses strong negotiation and closing skills, capable of securing favorable deals and achieving sales targets consistently.
  • Demonstrates fluency in English and Arabic is preferred, to cater to a diverse client base.
