Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, exceptional leadership abilities, and a passion for developing talent. You will be responsible for driving team performance, achieving revenue targets, and maintaining the highest standards of client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new real estate agents to build a high-performing team
  • Set clear sales goals and KPIs; develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to sales agents
  • Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and deal progression
  • Assign and distribute leads fairly and strategically among team members
  • Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and one-on-one performance reviews
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales data to inform strategic decisions
  • Assist with complex negotiations and high-value transactions as needed
  • Review contracts, listings, and documentation to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, industry partners, and community stakeholders
  • Ensure all team members adhere to legal requirements, ethical standards, and company policies
  • Track and report on team performance metrics and sales analytics
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven team culture

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

  • Active Broker's license
  • Minimum 5 years of successful real estate sales experience
  • Minimum 2 years in a leadership or management role preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • In-depth knowledge of local real estate market, trends, and regulations
  • Strong understanding of real estate laws, contracts, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and motivate sales teams
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and real estate software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
