Are you a recent graduate with a passion for real estate and a desire to learn from the best? Dolce Vida Real Estate is seeking a driven and proactive intern to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced Dubai real estate market and develop the skills needed for a successful career.

As a Real Estate Intern, you'll be an integral part of our team, assisting with key tasks and learning the ins and outs of the industry. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Market Research: Assisting with market research to identify emerging trends and investment opportunities.
  • Administrative Support: Helping with the preparation of purchase agreements, leases, and other legal documents.
  • Property Marketing: Supporting the team in creating compelling property listings and assisting with property showings and open houses.
  • Client Communication: Learning to guide clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process and providing excellent customer service.
  • Professional Development: Continuously enhancing your industry knowledge by staying up-to-date on market trends and best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is ready to learn and grow.

  • Educational Background: A recent graduate with a degree in a relevant field.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential. Additional language skills, such as Russian or Arabic, are a significant advantage.
  • Skills & Attributes: You should be proactive, self-motivated, and have strong organizational skills. A positive and resilient attitude is a must, along with excellent communication skills.
  • Physical Ability: The ability to conduct property showings and inspections, which may involve walking through properties and navigating various terrains.
  • Having a valid residency visa
