Job Title: Real Estate Sales Head
Location: Dubai
Reports To: CEO / Managing Director
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in driving sales performance. This role is responsible for setting sales strategies, building and mentoring the sales team, and ensuring revenue growth by identifying new opportunities and strengthening client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Lead, train, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and target achievement.
Identify new market opportunities and potential clients to expand the business portfolio.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly.
Oversee the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment of promotional campaigns and project launches.
Generate regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analytics for senior management.
Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant legal and ethical standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum of 7 10 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Ability to drive performance through strategic planning and operational execution.
Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Preferred Attributes
Experience in residential, commercial, or luxury real estate sectors.
Existing network of property investors, brokers, and developers.
Understanding of the local and regional property market.
