Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Drive sales of off-plan and secondary market properties through company-provided and self-generated leads.
* Manage the entire sales process — from lead qualification to closing — with accuracy and professionalism.
* Maintain active engagement and accurate records in the company CRM system.
* Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service and follow-up.
* Coordinate with the marketing, documentation, and mortgage teams to ensure seamless transactions.
* Stay updated with UAE property trends, project launches, and developer offerings.
Commissions are paid on net brokerage income post-clearance. High performers qualify for quarterly bonuses and top-producer profit pools.

Who You Are
* Licensed or eligible for UAE Real Estate License (RERA preferred).
* Proven track record in sales — real estate, luxury retail, or financial services experience is a plus.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills, with excellent communication in English (Arabic, Hindi, or Russian an advantage).
* Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and tech-savvy.
* Passionate about real estate, market trends, and client experience.
Performance Metrics
* Monthly and quarterly transaction value

* Average deal size and GCI (Gross Commission Income)
