The successful candidate will specialize in off-plan and ready properties, demonstrate exceptional market knowledge, and deliver excellent client service. Responsibilities: - Promote and sell off-plan and ready properties across Dubai. - Build and maintain a strong database of clients, investors, and property owners. - Conduct property tours, viewings, and presentations for potential buyers. - Advise clients on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities. - Handle negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve the best outcomes. - Ensure smooth and professional closing of deals while maintaining client satisfaction. - Attend property launches, networking events, and meetings with developers. - Stay up to date with Dubai Land Department regulations and real estate laws. Requirements: - Proven experience in Dubai real estate, particularly in off-plan and ready properties. - Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, regulations, and developers. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. - Fluency in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus). - Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred. - Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools is an advantage.
