Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Generate, qualify, and manage sales leads from various sources (online, referrals, events, marketing campaigns).
  • Maintain a structured lead follow-up process to convert prospects into successful deals.
  • Identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
  • Understand client requirements and match them with suitable property options.
  • Conduct property site visits and provide accurate, up-to-date information.
  • Negotiate sales, rentals, and leases between parties, ensuring favorable outcomes for all stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and developers.
  • Keep abreast of current market trends, pricing, and legal property regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain property listings and documentation.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
