Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and manage client leads

  • Advise clients on off-plan projects, market trends, and investment opportunities

  • Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships

  • Coordinate closely with developers, buyers, and internal teams

  • Maintain accurate records and follow up consistently with clients

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Arabic speaker (mandatory)

  • Minimum 1 years of proven real estate experience in Dubai (mandatory)

  • Strong understanding of the Dubai property market (off-plan experience preferred)

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills

  • RERA certified (preferred or willing to obtain)

  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and team-oriented
