Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties.
- Provide guidance and assistance through the process of property transactions.
- Conduct market research and stay updated with current property listings and market trends.
- Generate leads through networking, social media, and property portals.
- Schedule and conduct property viewings with potential clients.
- Negotiate offers and finalize agreements between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.
- Prepare necessary documentation and ensure legal compliance in real estate transactions.
- Maintain and update client databases and follow up on leads.
- Build long-term relationships with clients by offering professional and trustworthy advice.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in real estate sales or leasing, preferably in the Gulf region.
- Strong understanding of property market trends and client management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Multilingual candidates preferred – especially Arabic, German, or Russian speakers.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused approach.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and property listing platforms is an advantage.
