Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Real Estate Broker/Sales Manager in Dubai to join our team. We will provide you with: -Official employment upon successful completion of your internship. The company will cover the costs of a resident visa and Emirates ID (AED 15,500); -Reimbursement of travel expenses for brokerage tours (training with developers); -Corporate communications - a working SIM card with international calling; Responsibilities include: -Apartment viewings and introductions to developers; -Selling real estate in Dubai; -Creating product listings based on client requests; -Attending exhibitions, meeting new properties and developers. Working conditions: - High income level with no ceilings or limits: the average broker commission per transaction in 2024 is $8,220 (a record high of $250,000); - Work visa during the probationary period; - Full-time. Schedule depends on client meetings.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements: -Confident in communicating with people, ability to handle objections, and experience working with VIP clients is preferred.
