Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate property listings and ensure all marketing materials are up-to-date and accurate, enhancing the visibility of available properties.
  • Manage communication between clients, agents, and vendors, streamlining processes and fostering strong professional relationships.
  • Organize and maintain property files, ensuring all documents are compliant with local real estate laws and easily accessible for audits.
  • Assist in scheduling property showings and open houses, ensuring a seamless experience for potential buyers and sellers.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for industry knowledge.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate administration or a related role, demonstrating familiarity with industry practices and challenges.
  • Real Estate License or relevant certification preferred, showcasing a commitment to industry standards and regulations.
