Position Overview
Al-Futtaim Health is hiring Emirati Radiology Technicians to join its HealthHub Clinics network in Dubai. This role is dedicated to performing diagnostic imaging procedures with accuracy and compassion, supporting physicians and radiologists in delivering timely clinical decisions. The successful candidate will contribute to advancing patient safety, diagnostic precision, and high-quality care in a modern healthcare setting.

Core Duties

* Conduct diagnostic imaging tests using MRI, CT, ultrasound, and other approved techniques in line with DHA standards
* Deliver accurate results to radiologists and clinicians to support diagnosis and treatment planning
* Guide patients through imaging procedures, ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety throughout the process
* Provide advice to healthcare teams on appropriate use of imaging versus invasive procedures
* Maintain detailed records of imaging procedures, ensuring compliance with medical and legal requirements
* Operate and maintain radiology equipment, reporting technical issues promptly
* Follow infection control and radiation safety protocols to protect patients and staff
* Contribute to multidisciplinary teamwork by collaborating with physicians, nurses, and specialists
* Support specialized imaging areas such as breast screening, sports injury assessment, and trauma cases
* Engage in ongoing learning to stay updated on radiology best practices and technology developments

Candidate Requirements

* Emirati nationality with valid DHA license or eligibility as a Radiology Technician
* Graduate degree in Radiography or equivalent qualification
* Proficiency in English and Arabic required
* Experience or training in MRI, CT scanning, ultrasound, mammography, or nuclear medicine preferred
* Knowledge of trauma and emergency imaging protocols advantageous
* Skilled in patient interaction, documentation, and safe use of imaging equipment
* Competency in computer systems and digital imaging software
* Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced certifications (ACLS, PALS) are desirable
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care standards
