The Quantity Surveyor role with Achieve Group in Dubai supports an A1 main contractor delivering civil and infrastructure projects locally and overseas. This position focuses on cost estimation, budget control, tender support, and commercial risk management across multiple active projects, offering strong exposure within a growing project pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates based on drawings, specifications, and project documents
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to provide cost advice during planning stages
- Develop, monitor, and control project budgets to meet financial targets
- Support tendering activities including document preparation, bid evaluation, and contract negotiation
- Implement cost control measures, track variations, and mitigate financial risks
- Conduct quantity take-offs for materials, labor, and equipment requirements
- Identify value engineering and cost optimization opportunities
- Provide regular cost reports and updates to clients, contractors, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies

Ideal Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience in contract negotiation, administration, or cost management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively within project teams on active construction sites
