Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Quality Process Engineer, you will drive quality excellence across our manufacturing campus by implementing robust process controls, leading problem-solving initiatives, and ensuring compliance with Eaton s quality systems. Your work will help sustain high product quality, improve operational efficiency, and support continuous improvement.

What You ll Do

  • Lead problem-solving using tools like QLPA, A3, 8D, and QRQC.
  • Implement and maintain document control systems aligned with EQMS.
  • Monitor and improve First Time Quality (FTQ) and Cost of Non-Conformance (CONC).
  • Facilitate QRQC at line level and cross-functional reviews.
  • Ensure deployment of EQMS and MHB standards.
  • Conduct process control and internal audits (ISO compliance).
  • Collaborate with teams to drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Support new product introductions and process changes from a quality perspective.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Quality, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related).
  • 3 5 years of experience in quality or process engineering in manufacturing.

Skills

  • Srong knowledge of quality tools: QLPA, 8D, FMEA, SPC, control plans, ISO 9001.
  • Experience with EQMS, document control, and QRQC methodology.
  • Familiarity with plastic injection molding and/or electrical component manufacturing (a plus).
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, Power BI).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and facilitation skills.
