Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Auditing and managing the implementation of all activities related to the requirements and standards of HACCP, NFSA, BRC, and the company's QC standards
- Ensuring the incoming raw material inspection matches the quality standards and customer specifications
- Responsible for monitoring the quality of the company's products to ensure they comply with quality standards and required specs.
- Analyzing production samples to evaluate the reports from QC and production and ensure that they match the required specifications
- Handling customer claims and performing root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement
- Monitoring the performance of production and quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
- Following up on the company's quality documentation system and updating it when required
- Evaluating the quality of packaging materials and ensuring they are compliant
- Identifying and setting appropriate quality standards and parameters for products
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Chemistry, or equivalent relevant to the industry.
- A minimum of 10 years experience in the Frozen Fruits and Vegetables or Food industry.
- Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational & leadership skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Good grasp of MS Office, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
