Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Quality Management Manager is a key member of the Program Management team at SETS international. The jobholder supports the development and enforcement of quality management policies, procedures and tools across SETS. He / She participates in setting quality certification targets, developing quality audit plans and tracking the execution of quality audits to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. He / She reports to senior management.

  • Work with the Program Management team on the development and implementation of action plans to maintain the ISO quality management certification in Beirut office.
  • Manage the documentation and continual improvement of the Quality Management System. The Quality Manager shall include mainly the Quality Policies, Objectives, Manual, Procedures, Responsibilities which shall comply with the ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
  • Support concerned departments to establish quality procedures and achieve overall quality objectives.
  • Monitor the execution of periodic quality audits to check the compliance to quality policies and procedures.
  • Identify quality non-conformance issues, summarize findings in periodic quality audit reports and recommend corrective action plans and reports for addressing identified quality non-conformances.
  • Responsible for ensuring effective implementation of the corrective actions made and maintaining records.
  • Deal with the client s quality requirements / requests during the proposal preparation phase of a project if any.
  • Prepare proposals and prequalification for the company on all matters related to quality, HSE, and other systems.
  • Deliver quality training and awareness sessions for the SETS staff.
  • Promote a Health, Safety, and Environment culture in the company and motivate all staff to adopt it.
  • Develop and update a database of quality audits and findings.
  • Prepare the yearly management review and present it to the company heads of departments and directors.
  • Oversee the Quality Management System across offices located in different countries.

  • Bachelor s degree in engineering.
  • Direct experience in a quality management function with a design / engineering consulting company.
  • Experience with development and enforcement of quality policies, procedures, and tools.
  • Knowledge of Quality certification, compliance requirements and audit programs.
  • Ability to lead change within an organization.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Experience in KSA is preferable.
