Roles & Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards across all restaurants.
  • Conduct regular inspections of kitchen operations, storage, and service areas.
  • Review and evaluate food quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Train and support staff on food safety and quality procedures.
  • Report non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with management to improve operational standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience in Quality Control within the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.

Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, ISO, etc.).

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to train and motivate staff.

Good communication and reporting skills.
