Key Responsibilities:
* Inspect incoming and outgoing fruits and vegetables to ensure quality, freshness, and compliance with company standards.
* Identify and report any quality issues or spoilage promptly.
* Ensure proper handling, storage, and presentation of products.
* Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to meet delivery and quality deadlines.
* Take full responsibility for product quality at the point of purchase and sale.
Preferred Experience or Skills:
Experience in fresh produce quality control is a plus but not essential.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications and Skills:
* No prior experience needed; we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn.
* Strong attention to detail and product knowledge.
* Ability to work under tight timelines and take ownership of outcomes.
* Proficient in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
