What You ll Do

* Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improvements
* Develop systems and processes to manage and analyze data efficiently
* Research methods to improve data usage for decision-making
* Prepare and present MIS reports and findings to stakeholders

* Background in banking, workflow processes, or customer service environments
* Experience in call center operations and customer experience management
* Strong Excel and reporting skills for data analysis and presentation
* Ability to deliver meaningful feedback and drive quality improvements
