Job Description

KILONEWTONS is looking for a meticulous Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure excellence in our projects. You ll develop/implement QA protocols, conduct inspections, and drive continuous improvement across all operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop/implement QA policies and procedures per ISO 9001 standards
• Conduct audits and inspections of materials, processes, and final products
• Maintain documentation of QA processes, defects, and corrective actions
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and production teams
• Lead root cause analysis for defects/non-conformities
• Train staff on quality standards and best practices
• Stay updated on industry regulations and QA methodologies
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor s in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial/Civil or related)
• 5+ years QA/QC experience in construction/manufacturing/etc.
• Expertise in:
• ISO 9001/QMS implementation
• Statistical Process Control (SPC)
• FMEA/Risk Analysis
• Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods
• Proficient with:
• QA software (e.g., SAP QM, Minitab)
• CAD/CAM tools
• MS Office (Advanced Excel)
• Certifications preferred:
• CQE (ASQ Certified Quality Engineer)
• Six Sigma Green/Black Belt
• Lead Auditor Certification
