Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive quality control strategy that aligns with company objectives, ensuring all products meet regulatory standards.
- Lead and mentor the quality control team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance in quality assurance practices.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections throughout the production process to identify deviations from quality standards and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and R&D to ensure quality considerations are integrated from product design to delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Certification in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt is highly desirable.
- Experience in the specific industry related to the company (e.g., pharmaceuticals, food production, electronics) is preferred.
