Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibility
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and quality assurance plans.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and sampling of materials or products to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Identify defects, non-conformities, and areas for improvement, and recommend corrective actions.
- Document quality issues and report findings to the relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process.
- Participate in internal and external audits to assess compliance with quality standards and regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
