Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Government & Regulatory Liaison

  • Manage all company formation, amendment, and renewal processes across UAE mainland and free zones, as well as other GCC jurisdictions (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain).

  • Provide clear guidance on regulatory requirements, timelines, and costs for licensing, VAT, Corporate Tax, and MOA amendments.

  • Liaise with government bodies such as DET, MOE, MOFA, MOJ, FTA, DED, DLD, DCAA, and other free zone authorities.

  • Handle third-party approvals (Food Department, Aviation, Maritime, Tourism, etc.) ensuring full compliance.

2. Portal, Licensing & Trademark Management

  • Operate and maintain access to government and free zone portals (DED, DMCC, IFZA, RAKEZ, Meydan, etc.) for applications, renewals, and amendments.

  • Track and execute license renewals, cancellations, trademark filings, and related compliance submissions.

  • Monitor key regulatory deadlines and ensure all updates are actioned in a timely manner.

3. Business Development & Client Support

  • Assist in business development by identifying new client leads, preparing proposals, and supporting deal closure for setup and compliance services.

  • Participate in networking events, forums, and exhibitions to represent Steeple Consulting. Coordinate with prospective clients, explain service offerings, and ensure seamless onboarding.

4. Documentation & Compliance Tracking

  • Maintain organized records for all client and government documentation, including licenses, approvals, and correspondence.

  • Create a compliance tracking dashboard and renewal calendar of all clients for the team.

  • Provide periodic reports to management summarizing submission status, pending items, and upcoming renewals.

5. Client & On-Site Coordination

  • Act as Steeple’s on-ground representative for client-facing and government interactions. Collect invoices, bills, and vouchers to support accounting and bookkeeping functions.

  • Support clients with visa processes, notary signings, and document submissions.

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

  1. Timely completion of licensing, renewal, and compliance filings.

  2. Client satisfaction ratings and positive feedback on service quality.

  3. Reduction in average processing turnaround time.

  4. Contribution to new client acquisitions or project leads.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Experience: 2–6 years as a PRO, business setup consultant, or document clearing officer in UAE.

  2. Knowledge: Expert in UAE & GCC government workflows, portals, and document processes.

  3. Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Accounting, Law, or Business). Flexible engagement (Full-time / Part-time)

  4. Skills:

    1. Excellent communication and coordination (Arabic knowledge Required).

    2. Strong organizational and reporting ability.

    3. Working knowledge of basic accounting and legal documentation.

    4. Valid UAE driving license preferred.
