Job Summary

We are seeking a Dubai based dynamic and experienced Public Relations and Event Manager to join our team.

With the growing importance of the AMET region in the fine fragrance market, this role is pivotal in enhancing the IFF Fine Fragrance brands image and fostering strong relationships with our BtoB customers (fine fragrance brands). The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing high-profile events and public relations activities in the region, that align with the IFF brands values and objectives, working in close proximity with the Fine Fragrance Regional Commercial VP and the AMET fine fragrance Marketing and commercial teams, in liaison with the Global Scent Communication team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic PR initiatives to increase brand visibility and reputation.
• Plan, organize, and deliver high-profile events and customer experiences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Lead contents and go-to-market strategies for customer projects.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics.
• Select, liaise and coordinate with external partners for event execution.
• Support the global scent communication team in the creation of engaging social media content for our perfumers.
• Arabic and English fluency, as well as deep understanding of the AMET cultural dynamics and luxury market expectations a must
• We are seeking a self-motivated professional who excels at working independently, demonstrating initiative and accountability without the need for close supervision.
