Property Risk Consulting (PRC) Leader, MENA at Marsh

Location: Dubai, UAE (Hybrid with regional and global travel)

Marsh McLennan is seeking a strategic and influential PRC Leader to spearhead our Property Risk Consulting practice across the MENA region. About the Role:

As the PRC Leader, MENA, you will be at the forefront of our regional operations, responsible for delivering exceptional risk consulting services, expanding our client portfolio, and driving revenue growth. You will lead a talented team of risk engineers, manage key client relationships, and collaborate with global teams to develop innovative risk solutions. Your strategic vision and operational excellence will ensure our practice remains a trusted advisor to clients and a leader in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of up to 12 risk engineers across MENA, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and professional growth.

Client Engagement & Business Development: Act as the primary account engineer for major property, construction, and power clients, ensuring delivery excellence and identifying new opportunities for growth.

Risk Assessment & Consulting: Oversee the delivery of comprehensive engineering surveys, risk assessments, and loss estimations, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry best practices.

Strategic Growth & Innovation: Drive business development initiatives, promote product innovation, and diversify revenue streams through targeted client engagement and thought leadership.

Operational Excellence: Manage a P&L of approximately USD 5 million, ensuring effective delivery, invoicing, collections, and financial reporting.

Industry & Market Presence: Enhance Marsh McLennan s reputation through active participation in industry events, client forums, and thought leadership activities.

Regional & Global Collaboration: Work closely with global risk engineering teams to leverage best practices, develop new service offerings, and ensure consistency across markets.

What We re Looking For:

Experience: 8-10 years in risk engineering, with a strong background in manufacturing, construction, power, or related sectors. Minimum 2 years in insurance or risk consulting.

Leadership: Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate high-performing teams in a multicultural environment.

Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of property, construction, and power risk surveying, loss estimation, risk modeling, and mitigation strategies.

Client Focus: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building long-term client relationships and delivering value.

Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute regional growth strategies aligned with global objectives.

Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in Chemical, Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering; advanced certifications are a plus.

Regional Knowledge: Strong understanding of the GCC market dynamics, cultural nuances, and regulatory landscape.
