Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of approximately 720 mixed-use units across multiple Emirates.

Conduct scheduled inspections to assess property conditions and identify maintenance needs.

Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all asset types.

Manage vendor contracts and ensure timely execution of facility services.

Monitor performance of critical systems (HVAC, MEP, fire safety, elevators, etc.).

Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

Coordinate emergency response and resolution of urgent maintenance issues.

Maintain detailed records of inspections, service reports, and maintenance logs.

Collaborate with Property Managers to resolve tenant facility-related concerns.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for operational expenditures.

Recommend upgrades and capital improvements to enhance asset value.

Lead and train on-site maintenance teams and third-party contractors.

Ensure readiness of properties for leasing, move-ins, and regulatory inspections.

Drive energy-saving initiatives, renewable energy integration, and sustainable practices

Provide quarterly reports on asset performance, compliance, sustainability, and tenant satisfaction to senior leadership.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering (Electrical or Mechincal), Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as IFMA, BOMA, or RERA are preferred.
