Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Property Consultant/Real Estate Broker to advise clients on property investments, sales, and leases. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with property buyers, sellers, and investors while providing expert guidance throughout the property transaction process.

  • Provide expert advice to clients on property market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.

  • Manage the buying, selling, and leasing process, ensuring that transactions run smoothly from start to finish.

  • Conduct property viewings and assist clients in evaluating properties that match their needs and requirements.

  • Negotiate deals on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Prepare property listings, market analysis, and presentations for clients.

  • Stay updated on local property market trends, zoning laws, and industry regulations.

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and properties.

  • Assist in managing a portfolio of clients, including landlords, property owners, and developers.

  • Attend networking events and industry conferences to expand professional connection

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as a Property Consultant, Real Estate Agent, or similar role in the property industry.

  • In-depth knowledge of the property market, regulations, and industry best practices.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to build trust with clients.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Dubai’s residential property sales.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.

  • Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).

  • Valid UAE Driving License

  • Valid RERA License (Mandatory).
