Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project schedules and timelines for assigned projects.
  • Monitor project progress and update schedules as necessary to reflect changes in scope or timeline.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure that resources are allocated efficiently and project milestones are met.
  • Identify potential scheduling conflicts and work with project teams to resolve them.
  • Provide regular updates on project schedules to stakeholders and management.
  • Ensure 100% of project schedules are developed and approved on time.
  • Achieve 95% adherence to project schedules across all assigned projects.
  • Achieve 90% or higher satisfaction score from project managers for schedule management and coordination.
  • Resolve 85% of scheduling conflicts within 48 hours.
  • Ensure optimal resource allocation in 90% of projects.
  • Identify and resolve 95% of resource-related scheduling issues proactively.
  • Provide 100% accurate and timely schedule updates to project stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all schedule changes are communicated to relevant teams within 24 hours.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related fields.
  • 3–5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling ( Facade Industry)
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as Primavera and MS Project.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
