Project Manager - ULTIMATE HUMAN RESOURCES SOLUTIONS LLC

Coordinates, reviews and controls work activities related to the installation, testing and commissioning and maintenance of various electrical and mechanical systems such as Telecom Power Plant/Air Conditioning/other electro-mechanical equipment and infrastructure as per Telecom policies, procedures and quality standards. Participates in the planning, design, tendering and evaluation of electrical and mechanical equipments/tools/aids. Recommends the selection and assignment of period and one time contractors; peiordically inspects all systems & equipment; reviews the execution of maintenance work to ensure the compliance with policies, procedures & standards. Reports & reviews with superior issues, concerns and work practices. Interfaces effectively with personnel from within & outside the Unit in order to address issues related to Telecom power plant/Air Conditioning/other electro-mechanical systems and equipments.

1. Plans, schedules & reviews the day to day operational & maintenance activities related to the Commissioning, testing, calibration, provision, upgrading, modification and maintenance of various electrical and mechanical systems in the Region.

2. Collects and compiles the project requirements with respect to Telecom Power Plant/ AC/ general and miscellaneous Electro-mechanical systems installation for HO guidance and information; assists superior in consolidating and finalizing project requirements in the Region.

3. Oversees and reviews with superior the specification, estimates and schedules relating to Telecom Power Plant/Air Conditioning/other electro-mechanical projects in the Region. Interfaces closely with HO Engineering or Consultants/Contractors for implementation of various E&M activities in the Region.

4. Prepares progress reports on various E&M projects under implementation relating to Telecom Power Plant/Air Conditioning/other electro-mechanical systems and reviews with superior; assists in analysis, consolidation and follow-up.
