Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Define project scope, timelines, and execution plans with stakeholders.

  • Manage projects end to end, from design through construction, commissioning, and handover.
  • Coordinate consultants, contractors, and authorities, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Lead contractor procurement, contract administration, and site coordination.
  • Monitor progress, quality, safety, budget, and schedule, resolving issues as they arise.
  • Control project budgets, forecasts, variations, and payments.
  • Serve as the main point of contact and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Oversee project close-out and handover documentation.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

    • Compliance-related duties:

  • Follow organizational procedures and maintain required documentation.

  • Comply with health, safety, and company policies at all times.

    Qualification

    Bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field


    Experience

    Minimum 7+ years of experience managing design and construction projects.

    Skillset

    Proven experience delivering fit-out, renovation, or capital construction projects.


    Strong knowledge of design processes, building systems, and construction methodologies.


    Solid understanding of building codes, permitting processes, and regulatory requirements.


    Proficiency in project management and reporting tools.
