Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and expectations.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; regularly update stakeholders on progress and potential risks.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication, fostering a culture of accountability and transparency.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact, ensuring project delivery within scope and time constraints.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies to showcase advanced project management expertise.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the tech or construction industries.
- Experience managing projects with budgets exceeding $1 million, demonstrating financial acumen and strategic resource management.
