Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize impact on deliverables.
- Lead cross-functional teams by facilitating collaboration and ensuring accountability for project tasks and milestones.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is essential.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in managing complex projects within the relevant industry.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred to validate expertise.
- Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies is a strong advantage for adaptive project management.
