Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and monitor project activities to ensure successful completion within the specified timeframe and budget.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, resource allocation, and budgets.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to minimize impact on project outcomes.
  • Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, team members, and external vendors to ensure effective collaboration and alignment.
  • Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders and management.
  • Manage project documentation, including project plans, reports, and change requests.
  • Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making processes to resolve project issues and conflicts.
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineer
  • Project management certification, such as PMP is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 3- 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a temporary contract role.
  • Experience in the same or similar industry, such as events, construction is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects within the specified timeframe and budget.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with proficiency in additional languages being a plus.
  • Driving license
