Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager with UX Design experience to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects across our organization.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong organizational skills with a user-centric mindset and a solid foundation in UX principles. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, ensure timely delivery of high-quality products, and bridge the gap between business goals and user needs. Project Management:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, from scoping and planning to execution and handover.
• Define project timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Ensure clear communication between business requirements, designers, and developers.
• Track project progress, mitigate risks, and resolve issues proactively.

UX Design Integration:

• Collaborate closely with UI designers to ensure user-centered solutions align with project goals.
• Review wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to provide strategic and practical feedback.
• Champion UX best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Translate business requirements into actionable UX deliverables.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Lead regular team check-ins to track progress, address blockers, and maintain momentum.
• Coordinate across design, development, and product functions for smooth execution.
• Document key insights and contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Digital Producer, ideally in a UX/UI or tech-driven environment.
• Background or hands-on experience in UX design or human-centered design practices.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Solid understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
