Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, direct, supervise, and control all technical, commercial, financial, and administrative functions of assigned projects
Manage project scope development, scope control, and commercial performance to achieve project objectives
Forecast monthly revenue, labor costs, direct expenses, and gross profit throughout the project lifecycle
Develop, manage, and control project budgets, ensuring profitability and financial compliance
Oversee project invoicing, billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable activities
Establish and manage the Project Management Plan, Health and Safety Plan, QA and QC Plan, and other required project documents
Define project requirements and ensure all deliverables meet approved criteria and contractual obligations
Assign responsibilities to project team members based on skills, experience, and project needs
Monitor and negotiate changes to scope with clients and key subcontractors and manage change orders
Maintain strong client relationships and support business development and additional work opportunities
Identify staffing requirements and manage project resourcing plans
Lead performance management, career development, training, and mentoring of project team members
Monitor project progress against schedules and budgets and implement recovery actions when required
Act as the company s representative with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities
Lead regular project status meetings and ensure follow-up on action items
Participate in proposal development, client presentations, and project pursuits
Identify business development opportunities and maintain awareness of the client project pipeline
Promote technical excellence and commercial discipline through application of quality assurance processes
Perform additional responsibilities associated with project management leadership as required
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s Degree in Engineering or a related technical or business discipline
Minimum ten years of experience in infrastructure or land development design projects, with at least five years in the UAE
Prior experience managing roads, wet utilities, and transportation projects
Proven ability to manage large multidisciplinary teams including engineers, designers, and technical staff
Strong knowledge of UAE local regulations, building codes, and engineering standards
Demonstrated capability to manage large and complex engineering projects
Ability to lead work involving complex technical and commercial challenges
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
