Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring they align with client specifications and budgets.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project schedules and resource allocation plans.
  • Manage on-site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any delays or budget overruns promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is essential.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in construction project management, preferably with large-scale projects.
  • Relevant certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) are highly desirable.
  • Experience in various construction methods and materials to effectively manage diverse project types.
