Roles & Responsibilities


  • Manage and oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and efficient execution of work.
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules, track progress, and proactively identify and mitigate potential delays or issues.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with building codes and project standards.
  • Review and approve shop drawings, submittals, and material samples, ensuring they align with project requirements.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or inquiries.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Experience : 3-6 years
  • Proficient in using project management software, such as MS Project, and AutoCAD or other relevant design software.
  • Displays excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrates exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Exhibits strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Possesses a proactive and results-oriented approach, with a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.
