Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Role:
The Project Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day technical supervision, quality control, coordination, and compliance monitoring of all construction activities related to luxury villas. This role requires a hands-on site presence, strong technical judgment, and the ability to ensure quality, cost control, design intent, and schedule are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise day-to-day construction activities on site, ensuring works are executed in line with approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Act as the main on-site interface for the Client, contractors, and consultants on technical matters. • Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to maintain smooth project execution.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions to address delays or deviations.
• Ensure strict quality control and compliance with design intent and project specifications.
• Review and approve site documentation, progress reports, and technical submissions.
• Identify potential risks on site and implement mitigation measures.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s in Civil or Architectural Engineering
• 8–12 years of experience, with 4+ years in luxury villas or luxury residential projects
• Proven-track record of supervising and delivering at least 2 high-end luxury villas or residential projects
• Experience working with developers, contractors, or engineering consultancies
• Experience supervising complex architectural details, bespoke joinery, high-spec MEP systems (HVAC, home automation, pools, water features), and luxury finishes.
• Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete, structural steel, waterproofing systems, and façade cladding.
• Hands-on experience supervising natural stone, marble, tiling, cabinetry, and decorative finishes.
• Dubai experience (mandatory)
• Dubai Municipality G+1 / Unlimited Engineer registration (preferred)
