Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee and manage site execution, ensuring compliance with Dubai Municipality codes, project specifications, and approved drawings.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project progress.
Prepare and review method statements, material submittals, inspection requests, and technical reports.
Monitor project schedules, progress, and cost control to meet deadlines and budgets.
Ensure all site activities are carried out in accordance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards.
Conduct quality control checks and resolve technical and site-related issues promptly.
Liaise with Dubai Municipality engineers for inspections, approvals, and NOCs.
Provide technical guidance and support to site teams and subcontractors.
Attend progress meetings and provide status updates to management.
Travel to project sites across Dubai as required (valid UAE Driving License mandatory).
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
Dubai Municipality Approved Civil Engineer (mandatory).
Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
Minimum 3–5 years of UAE/GCC experience in civil construction projects.
Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality rules, building codes, and approval procedures.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
